It is time to party! Bead Soup Party, that is!!

Hi there partygoers, welcome!

I hope you are having fun.
Most of you have already seen the soup ingredients that I received from Mary McGraw, but here they are again.

I started with some freshwater pearls in the right shade of green.  Added my soup party mix ingredients one by one, stirring well, add some red agate, sip some red wine, let it simmer. More stirring, more simmering, more sipping and some stepping back and some sitting down, and look what I made with it. I love it! I hope you do too! You can click on the pictures to see the details!

Thank you, Mary for such a beautiful and challenging collection of beads. I hope you had as much fun with the beads I sent you as I had with these.
Thank you, Lori for all the hard work in organizing the Bead Soup Party, you did a great job in rallying all of us, pairing us all up, keeping us informed, and encouraging us. I  hope we do it again soon!

Enjoy the party! Enjoy the day! I will be at work most of the day, but will join you all again this evening.
Thank you for dropping in.
I send you all warm wishes from chilly Florida.
Regina

This piece is so beautifully put together, you make it look so easy. I particularly like how you used stringed seed beads to connect to the focal.

Regina, this is gorgeous! I love the bail on the pendant so clever! (Shhh..don't tell anyone, but this is my favorite necklace so far from the group!) It reminds me of my mom. It looks like something that she would like to wear. Great job!

Love the necklace - I love how you put a dragonfly in front of the pendant so it looks like it's flying through the plants...It looked like it belonged SO perfectly that I had to double check the original bead to make sure it wasn't there all along :o)

I really enjoy this color combination. There is something so unexpected with the pops of red agate. Such a rich earthiness. And I love that you added some visual interest with the assymmetry! Thank you everyone for stopping by and for your comments. I will enjoy reading them over and over and over again. I am still making my rounds of all the blogs, I am choosing who I visit at random, so I am not sure how many more stops I have before I see it all. This is day 2 and I am not done yet, but I plan to visit you all. I have made new friends and discovered wonderful new blogs. You all inspire me. Thank you!
